How you can share Internet connection on your home network
To do this, you must follow these steps:

Go to control panel by start > double-click network connections.

Press the PPPoE connection under the Broadband group that you want to share > press change settings of this connection under network tasks.

On the advanced tab > click to select allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box.

As you know PPPoE connections behave in a similar way as do dial-up networking connections. You may want the connection to be automatically dialed when another computer on your network attempts to connect to the Internet.

To do this, press to select the establish a dial-up connection whenever a computer on my network attempts to access the Internet check box.

If you want to allow other network users to enable or disable the shared Internet connection > press to select the allow other network users to control or disable the shared Internet connection check box.

Under Internet connection sharing in home networking connection > press the LAN connection that connects the computer that is sharing its PPPoE Internet connection to the other computers on your network.
How to enable and share Internet connection wirelessly
To set up a wireless network that allows computers to share an Internet connection without a router. You must follow these steps:

Press Start button > click control panel.

Pick a category > press network and Internet connections.

In the control panel icon > press network connections

Now Right-click on your wireless network connection > press properties

In the Wireless network connection properties dialog box > click the Wireless networks tab.

On the Wireless networks tab, under preferred networks click add.

In the Wireless network properties dialog box, on the Association tab, type the name of your wireless network in network name box

Clear the key is provided for me automatically check box and select the computer-to-computer network check box.

Now you must create a 13-digit password and type it in both the Network key and confirm network key boxes > then click ok.

To save your changes click ok again.
Now connect your computer to your wireless network

First you Right-click the Wireless network icon in the lower right corner of your screen > press view that is available wireless networks.

The Wireless network connection window appears and displays your wireless network listed with the SSID you chose.

Windows XP prompts you to enter a key.

Type your encryption key in both the Network key and confirm network key boxes > click connects.

Windows XP shows its progress as it connects to your network.

You can close the Wireless Network connection window after connection established.
